10 Brotherhood arrested for inciting against police on Facebook

The security authorities arrested 10 members of the Muslim Brotherhood for allegedly using their Facebook accounts to create pages, inciting against police officers.
 
A statement issued by the Interior Ministry said that the arrested used their accounts on social networking sites for "incitement against the police officers and published their personal information."
 
The ministry tracked their electronic fingerprint to catch them and bring them to the public prosecution, the statement added.
 
"The Interior Ministry was able to arrest many of those in charge of pages that incited violence, targeted citizens, and manufacturing explosives, and carried threats," the statement read.
 
The administrators of Afareet Damahur (Damanhur Imps) page have been arrested for inciting to storm and burn police facilities.
 
The administrators of Beni Suef Revolutionaries page have been also arrested for publishing personal information about police officers and inciting against them, the statement mentioned.
 
The administrator of Al-Sharief Ahmed Salam Al-Hashemy has been arrested for calling to the formation of a free Islamic army in the Levant region, Egypt, and Iraq, according to the statement.
 
The personal computers of the arrested have been seized as evidence against them.
 
The statement mentioned that the defendants would be tried in accordance with Articles number 43, 95, 171 and 172 of the Penal Code
