Driver from Qalyubia stabs colleague during quarrel

A driver from the Shebin al-Qanater region of Qalyubia governorate stabbed a colleague several times during a quarrel on Monday, inflicting serious injuries.
 
The victim, Ahmed Rezq Baghdady, 39, was transferred to Banha University Hospital.
 
Qanater Chief Detective Mohamed al-Shazly was informed that Baghdady received deep stab wounds under his rib cage on the right-hand side, and beneath his left armpit.  
 
Detectives questioned the victim in hospital and he accused Mostafa A. K., 26, of stabbing him during a quarrel at work.
 
The weapon used for the crime was seized by detectives while the suspect was arrested. He confessed to committing the stabbing.
 
A claim was filed and the investigation handed over to the prosecution.
