Dust, seasonably warm temperatures expected Wednesday

Meteorologists expect southwesterly winds to blow Wednesday, whipping up sand and dust on most parts, according to MENA.

The temperatures will increase on Wednesday, with seasonably warm weather prevailing to the north.

Low- and medium-level clouds will be seen on most parts, to be accompanied by rain showers on some parts.

Highs of 32C degrees centigrade will be felt in Cairo and 21C degrees in Alexandria.

The height of the Mediterranean waves will reach between 1.5 to two meters, with northeasterly winds blowing; whereas the height of Red Sea waves will reach between two to 2.5 meters, with southeasterly winds blowing.  

Meanwhile, hot weather is expected to prevail in Upper Egypt during the daytime, turning cooler at night. Highs of 35C degrees will be reached in Qena; 37C degrees in Luxor; and 40C degrees in Aswan.
