Egypt’s market gains LE2.7 billion Tuesday, EGX30 rises 0.8%

Egypt's market closed in the green zone on Tuesday, as the benchmark EGX30 index rose 0.79 percent, recording 7,949.89 points and a turnover of LE492 million, the Egyptian Exchange data showed.
 
Meanwhile, the small and mid-cap EGX70 index and the broader EGX100 index increased 1.6 percent and 0.46 percent respectively.  
 
Local and foreign institutions were net buyers, recording net flows of LE15.4 million and LE13.4 million, respectively, while Arab institution were net sellers, recording net flows of LE10.3.million.
 
The EGX market capital gained LE2.67 billion (US$347 million), hitting LE488.10 billion, compared to LE485.43 billion on Monday.
