The assistant Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs and Egyptians Abroad, Hisham al-Naqib, said on Tuesday that consular services have received numerous complaints from Egyptian youths about contracts offered to them to play for foreign football teams in return for a finder’s fees.
Naqib advised the youth to contact the Egyptian embassies in the countries mentioned to verify such contracts and safeguard their rights.
