Warm weather is expected to prevail on Monday in the north, according to meteorologists.
Visibility will be reduced on northern coasts, the Delta, Cairo, canal provinces and central Sinai. Low- and medium-level clouds will appear in the north, to be accompanied by rains in the west. Southwestern winds will blow in the west.
Highs of 25C will be reached in Cairo and 23C in Alexandria.
Waves in the Mediterranean will reach between 2-2.5 meters in height with northeastern winds blowing across, and 1.5-2 meters in the Red Sea with northwestern winds blowing.
Warmer weather will be felt in Upper Egypt during the daytime to fall to extremely cold temperatures overnight.
Highs of 30C will be felt in Qena and Luxor and 31C in Aswan.
