Temperatures are expected to drop slightly on Wednesday, with Cairo experiencing a maximum of 36 degrees centigrade and Alexandria a relatively cool 29C.
Sharm el-Sheikh, however, will still be hot at 39C, as will Hurghada at 40C. Aswan can expect very hot weather, with a maximum of 46C.
Most of the country, including Suez Gulf, Red Sea and Mediterranean, will get northwesterly winds, which will disturb maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean will reach between 1 and 1.5 meters, while the Red Sea will see larger waves of 2 to 2.5 meters.
