Two disabled siblings demand be granted with exceptional pension

Bahaa Fadlallah, aged 40, and his sister Warda, aged 36, have not seen the sun for more than 20 years due to their illness and disability. They also suffer from bedsore and overweight.

They follow what happens in the world through the TV set, from their village of Qasr al-Zayan, south of Kharga city, New Valley.

Both still depend on their 77-year old mother, who says “I cannot go anywhere. To whom can I leave Bahaa and Warda?”

Warda says they were able to get their ID cards only in 2006, as they were photographed at home to get the cards.

The two siblings have called on President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to grant them an exceptional pension.
