The exchange rate of the US dollar has declined by 10 piasters for selling and buying at three national banks, namely: National Bank of Egypt, Banque du Caire and Banque Misr, in addition to the Commercial International Bank (CIB).
These new rates are in accordance with the floating of the Egyptian pound ordered by the Central Bank of Egypt on November 3.
The selling and purchasing rates for US dollars were the same. The purchasing rate reached LE18.25 at the four banks, compared to LE18.35 on Wednesday. The selling rate reached LE18.5, compared to LE18.6 on Wednesday.
