A significant yet temporary temperature increase is expected on Tuesday, according to meteorologists.
Warm weather is predicted in Cairo, the Delta and throughout southern Egypt. Low- and medium-level clouds will be seen in the north, accompanied by rains in some parts, which will be heaviest towards the western coasts.
Moderate southwestern wind will blow on most parts, whipping up sand and dust and disturbing maritime navigation in the Mediterranean.
Highs of 27 degrees will be reached in Cairo; 21 degrees in Alexandria; 28 degrees in Ismailia and Sharm al-Sheikh; 26 degrees in Arish.
Warmer weather will be felt in Upper Egypt.
