Meteorologists are expecting a slightly warm winter weather on Friday at the North Coast to be warmer in the Delta, Cairo and northern Upper Egypt. It will be hot on south of Upper Egypt during daylight and cold at night.
The temperature forecast in Cairo shows a high of 28C during the day and a low of 13C at night.
In a statement Thursday, the Egyptian Meteorology Authority said that visibility will be reduced on Friday morning due to fog at the North Coast, in the Delta, Cairo and canal governorates. Some low- and medium-level clouds will appear on the north. Wind will range between light to moderate.
Moderate northwestern winds will blow on the south, Suez gulf and Red Sea, which will disturb navigation in the Red Sea.
Waves in the Mediterranean are projected be moderate to turbulent with wave height of 2-3 meters, and surface wind northeast. The Red Sea will be moderate, and waves will be 1-2 meters, with a northeast surface wind.
