A British delegation from the Civil Aviation Authority praised the security measures followed at Luxor International Airport.
Currently inspecting several Egyptian airports in efforts to resume British flights to Egypt, the delegation praised as well the expertise and performance of employees at the airport.
They inspected the navigation, watchtowers, plans of safety, quality and environment. They also verified the technical measures of traveling and international air safety standards.
The airport witnessed last week a real-time drill aimed at checking measures in place to face fires and accidents.
