Meteorologists predict moderate weather in Cairo and Lower Egypt on Tuesday and hot weather in Upper Egypt in the day, with a cold change expected at night.
Mist will affect visibility in the morning in the north and low and medium level cloud cover is predicted along the country’s north coast. Winds are expected to be mostly northwesterly and moderate in strength, active in South Sinai and on the Gulf of Suez and the Red Sea, possibly disrupting maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate and range from between 1.5 to 2 meters in height, with rougher waves in the Red Sea ranging from between 2.5 to 3 meters. Surface winds will be northwesterly in both seas.
Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows; 28C in Cairo and 26C in Alexandria, 32C in Qena, 32C in Luxor, and 33C in Aswan.
