Following rumors that thugs have infiltrated the Mohamed Mahmoud protests that began on Monday in order to create chaos, Prosecutor General Abdel Meguid Mahmoud has asked the interior minister and the heads of general intelligence and military intelligence to submit reports on the clashes.
The prosecutor has also requested that the Central Security Sector issue reports on the incident, as well as the police departments that are securing the Interior Ministry and the surrounding areas, to determine who is giving orders to the troops on the ground.
