Rallies across Egypt in support of Morsy’s shuffle

Citizens across Egypt took to the streets to express their support for President Mohamed Morsy’s decision to dismiss Defense Minister Hussein Tantawi and Army Chief of Staff Sami Anan. Members of the Muslim Brotherhood and the Freedom and Justice Party in Port Said and Daqahlia poured into the streets to declare their support for Morsy’s decisions. Several participants in the rallies said Morsy’s changes are the stepping-stone to the end of military rule in Egypt.
