Microbus drivers block traffic to protest heavy fines

Microbus drivers at the Ahmed Helmy station blocked traffic in Shubra to call for the cancellation of "hefty fines," which they said they cannot afford, and for the implementation of a court ruling that ordered fees levied by municipal councils abolished.
