A man kisses hand of Saad al-Katatni after winning majority of votes by members of the Muslim Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party (FJP)'s general committee, to be elected as their new leader in Cairo, 19 October 2012. The Muslim Brotherhood's political party, Egypt's biggest, chose veteran conservative al-Katatni as its new leader on Friday to replace Mohamed Morsy who went on to become his country's first elected president.
