"I'll never get back to Ministry of Culture," said Mohsen Shaalan, Director of Plastic Arts Sector at Ministry of Culture, once out of jail which he was sent to based on charges of negligence leading to robbery of Poppy Flower painiting by Van Gogh. However, 10 days later, Shaalan surprises everyone by his visit to Farouk Hosni, Minister of Culture, at latter's office, negotiating his return. "He cannot, according to law. Mr. Shaalan can get aboard as an A-Class Advisor for ministry," says Hosni.
