جانب من إضراب عمال شركة غزل المحلة، المحلة، الغربية، 16 فبراير 2011. قام نحو 24 ألف عامل بعمل إضراب مفتوح داخل مقر الشركة لحين الاستجابة لمطالبهم التي تتضمن إقالة رئيس الشركة القابضة المهندس محسن جيلانى، والمفوض العام فؤاد عبد العليم، وزيادة الرواتب والحوافز الشهرية، ومحاسبة المسؤولين عن الفساد داخل الشركة.
