قوات الجيش تقوم بدفع المعتصمين والمسلحين إلي خارج ميدان التحرير لإخلائه، وسط القاهرة، 9 مارس 2011، حيث شهد الميدان اشتباكات عنيفة بين المعتصمين ومئات المسلحين، الذين توافدوا علي الميدان لإخلائه بالقوة، حاملين عصي وأسلحة بيضاء، ما دفع الجيش للتدخل الفوري، وإخلاء الميدان نهائيا، والقبض علي العشرات من مثيري الشغب.
