Fatemah Awad, a Shalateen City Municipality member, lives on a settlement unit set up by Red Sea City administration in Halayeb Triangle Area. Awad - preparing gabanna, a traditional drink in area - talks about marriage customs and traditions of Besharya (Beja) and Al Abaida tribes and justifies whipping groom by a special Sudanese whip on wedding day.
