Armed forces secure ballot station in Port Said, November 28,2011. Parliamentary elections' first phase, which started Monday, includes 17.5 million voters.The poll took place at nine governorates: Cairo, Alexandria, Kafr al-Sheikh, Assiut, Port Said, Fayyoum, Luxor, Red Sea and Damietta.
