Head of Journalists' Syndicate Mamdouh al-Wali casts his vote on the second day of first phase in People's Assembly elections, Cairo, November 29,2011. Parliamentary elections' first phase, which started Monday, includes 17.5 million voters.The poll took place at nine governorates: Cairo, Alexandria, Kafr al-Sheikh, Assiut, Port Said, Fayyoum, Luxor, Red Sea and Damietta.
