Dr. Mohamed Badie, Guide General of Muslim Brotherhood, upon his arrival to cast his vote during the second day of of run-offs for the second phase of People's Assembly elections, Beni Suef, December 22,2011. The nine governorates voting are Giza, Beni Suef, Monufiya, Sharqiya, Ismailia, Suez, Beheira, Sohag and Aswan. There are 118 single-winner candidates competing for 59 seats in 30 constituencies.
