Cairo University students proclaim civil disobedience

Hundreds of students from Cairo University on Saturday, 11 February 2012, protested outside the university’s main gate to announce their participation in the general strike called for by a number of youth and revolutionary movements. The students declared their refusal to attend lectures and organized a number of rallies across the campus, chanting slogans demanding an end to military rule.
