Second phase of Shura Council elections, Beni Suef, 15 February, 2012. Like the first phase, low turnout was witnessed during second phase which takes place on 14-15 February at 14 governorates which are: Giza, Beheira, Sharqeya, Kafr al-Sheikh, Qalyoubeya, Port Said, Ismailiya, Suez, Beni Suef, Sohag, Minya, Aswan, Luxor and Marsa Matrouh. Run-offs will take place on 22 February.
