The State Council Administrative Court adjourned to 17 July the consideration of appeals against the reinstatement of the People's Assembly, the lower house of Parliament. It also postponed consideration of lawsuits to dissolve the upper house, the Shura Council, as well as challenges to the second iteration of the Constituent Assembly and the supplement to the Constitutional Declaration. The court session was adjourned after scuffles broke out between supporters and opponents of President Mohamed Morsy's decision to reconvene the People's Assembly.
