An officer and a conscript were killed on Saturday by takfiri elements in Arish in two separate incidents. Their bodies were transported to the military hospital.
Security sources in North Sinai said the gunmen were likely from the Ansar Bait al-Maqdis terrorist group, and that the officer was shot in the Zereb district and the conscript in the Souq al-Khamis district.
