Rains to fall on Egypt’s northern parts on Thursday: EMA

The Egyptian Meteorologist Authority (EMA) predicts cold weather across Egypt’s northern coasts and the north of Upper Egypt on Thursday. Moderate weather is expected to prevail south of Upper Egypt, with cold temperatures at night.
Mist will affect visibility in the morning across the country’s northern parts while low and medium level clouds accompanied by rainfall are predicted to cover the north coast.
Winds are anticipated to be moderate in strength and active in South Sinai, the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea, disrupting maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate to rough and range between 2 to 2.5 meters, while waves in the Red Sea will be rougher, ranging between 2.5 meters and 3 meters with northwesterly surface winds on both seas.
Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows; 18C in Cairo and 18C in Alexandria, 20C in Qena, 21C in Aswan.
