Police have reported that a university student has killed his father and mother on Sunday in Kafr al-Dawar city in the Behira governorate.
Director of Beheira’s Security Directorate Alaa al-Din Abdel Fattah received a notification that student, 20, had stabbed both of his parents to death.
The initial investigation implemented by the Chief of Kafr al-Dawar police station’s detectives revealed that the student had suffered a bad psychiatric condition which led to the crime.
Police have edited the report and referred it to the prosecution.
