ازدحام شديد أمام إحدى محطات الوقود بسبب أزمة نقص السولار، الغربية، 12 مايو 2011. تصاعدت أزمة نقص السولار فى القاهرة ومختلف محافظات الجمهورية، وشهدت محطات الوقود تكدساً شديداً من السائقين، خاصة سيارات الميكروباص التى تعتمد على السولار بشكل كامل. من جانبها أعلنت الهيئة العامة للبترول، عن وصول سفينة من أربع سفن محملة بالسولار إلى الموانئ المصرية، على متنها 35 ألف طن، فيما تصل باقى السفن خلال الأسبوع الجارى، بإجمالى 140 ألف طن، حيث من المتوقع أن تساهم هذه الكميات فى ضبط الأوضاع بالسوق.
