Two militants killed, 17 arrested in Sinai

The Second Field Army forces killed on Wednesday two militants and arrested 17 other wanted criminals on charges of carrying out attacks against military and police installations and security checkpoints in Sinai.
The army troops has also destroyed 85 headquarters for what they called “criminal elements and smuggling gangs in the border region” and burned down four vehicles and 12 motorbikes without licenses or license plates.
The border guards also demolished four tunnels in Rafah, which are used in the smuggling of people and goods without customs duties, and seized four smugglers, including two women in possession of quantities of cannabis and other narcotics.
