Egypt’s temperatures to fall by seven degrees on Thursday and Friday

Meteorologists predict that Egypt’s temperatures will decrease by seven degrees on Thursday and Friday.

Moderate weather is anticipated for Thursday across Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the northern coasts, with hot weather on South Sinai and the Red Sea mountains, moderately hot weather north of Upper Egypt, and very hot weather south of Upper Egypt.

The maximum temperatures expected for the following areas are: 27C in the northwestern coasts, the northeastern coasts and central Sinai, 32C in Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt, 36C north of Upper Egypt, and 41C south of Upper Egypt.

Light mist will impact visibility in the morning across Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the northeastern coasts.

Winds are expected to be slightly active in Greater Cairo and the northeastern coasts, and will be more active north of Upper Egypt, the northwestern coasts, South Sinai, and the Red Sea mountains, raising sand and dusts in several areas at southern Upper Egypt, and disturbing maritime navigation.

Moderately hot weather is predicted on Friday over most of the country, with moderate weather across the northern coasts, and hot weather south of Upper Egypt.

The maximum temperatures for the following areas are: 27C in the northwestern coasts, 29C in the northeastern coasts and central Sinai,  33C in Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt, 34C north of Upper Egypt, 35C south of Upper Egypt and the Red Sea mountains, and 38C south of Upper Egypt.

Winds are expected to be moderate, mildly active in Greater Cairo, north of Upper Egypt, the northwestern coasts, South Sinai, and the Red Sea mountains, raising sands and dusts in southwestern Upper Egypt and disturbing maritime navigation.
