Get rid of neck pain after a hard day’s work

Neck pain is common for employees at 9 am to 5 pm jobs that sit behind desks all day.
 
To avoid this, the German physiotherapist Michael Rao recommends simple exercises while sitting down at work. Pull your shoulders upward and downward 10 to 15 times. Tilt your head to one side, holding your arm down the other side with your fingers open.
 
Also, walk a little bit during the break and sleep on a warm pillow filled with grains to relax your muscles.
