CAIRO, Oct 2 (MENA) – President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on Monday asked attendees at the closing session of the “Story of a Homeland: Between vision and achievement” conference to observe a minute of silence in honor of the nation’s martyrs.
In his closing remarks at the session, Sisi said, “the blissful moments Egyptians now enjoy are rightly attributed to the sacrifices of our fallen heroes.”
“We must stand in honor of them and their families, to assure them that we shall never forget what they did for the stability of this nation,” Sisi added.
