Egypt’s market gains LE920 million on Monday, EGX30 rises1.04%

Egypt's market recorded gains on Monday's session, as the EGX30 rose by 1.04 percent, reaching 8,652.12 points, and a weak turnover of LE485.6 million, according to the data from the Egyptian Exchange.
 
The small and mid-cap index EGX70 went down by 0.22 percent, while the broader index EGX100 inched up by 0.01 percent.
 
Local and Arab institutions were net sellers, recording net flows of LE14.1 million and LE25.2 million, respectively, while foreign institutions were net buyers, recording net flows of LE12.2 million.
 
The EGX market capital gained a total of LE920 million (US$121 million), hitting LE496.08 billion, compared to LE495.16 billion on Thursday.
