Health minister to reward Tahrir paramedics and doctors

Minister of Health Amr Helmy decided to reward doctors and paramedics who took part in providing aid to injured protesters in Tahrir Square, as well as in the governorates where clashes took place between security forces and protesters last week, mainly in Alexandria. Helmy said he would double their pay for certain days.

The bonus will also include doctors and paramedics who will provide medical service to voters during parliamentary elections, Helmy said.
