Hezbollah bombs Israeli occupation army site, killing and wounding several soldiers

Lebanon’s Hezbollah group has targeted an Israeli army site on the border, and confirmed it has killed and wounded several soldiers.

In retaliation, Israel bombed several towns in southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah added that for the second time, it forces have targeted an Israeli infantry force in the vicinity of the same site at Birkat Risha, with “confirmed casualties.”

It also announced that it used a drone attack on a gathering of occupation soldiers outside the Ramim barracks in the north, with direct casualties confirmed.

International media reports reported that sirens sounded in the Zar’it area in the Western Galilee, adjacent to the border with Lebanon.

The Israeli Army Radio also reported that two Israelis were injured as a result of the explosion of a drone coming from Lebanon towards the town of Margaliot, in the Upper Galilee at northern Israel.

Hezbollah said that an Israeli artillery bombardment targeted the outskirts of the towns of Khiam and Deir Mimas, as well as the al-Marj area on the outskirts of the town of Kunine in the central sector, and the outskirts of the town of Yarin in the western sector.

It added that Israeli raids targeted the vicinity of Khallet Warda on the outskirts of Aita al-Shaab, and the towns of Aitaroun, Maroun al-Ras, Ramiya, and Jabal Balat on the outskirts of the town of Marwahin.
