The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects a gradual increase of temperatures on Friday.
Hot weather is expected to prevail on the North Coast, in Upper Egypt and Cairo. The temperatures will be particularly hiigh in south Upper Egypt during the day, moderate at night.
Low and medium-level clouds will appear in South Sinai, accompanied by rains. The winds will be mostly northwestern, ranging between light and moderate.
Waves in the Mediterranean and the Red Sea will range between 1-2 meters, with northwesterly surface winds.
According to the EMA website, the temperature in Cairo will reach 33C during the day and 22C at night.
Marsa Alam – 34C during the day and 25C at night.
Hurghada – 29C during the day and 24C at night.
Sharm el-Sheikh – 26C during the day and 22C at night.
Luxor – 36C during the day, 25C at night.
Aswan – 38C during the day and 29C at night.
