Israeli army announces number of dead soldiers rises to 310, hostages at 229

Israeli army spokesperson Daniel Hegazi announced on Friday that the number of soldiers killed since the start of the “Al-Aqsa flood” has risen to 310, and that the number of hostages held by Hamas has risen to 229.

“We have informed the families of 229 hostages in Gaza so far, and we have informed the families of 310 soldiers of their deaths since the start of the war,” he explained.
