Manchester City star player Omar Marmoush officially announced his upcoming wedding to his fans and followers.
Marmoush posted several photos with his fiancée on his Instagram account, captioning them: “11.11 My dream comes true.”
The photos were warmly received both by the public and from fellow footballers and celebrities, who eagerly congratulated him.
A rising star
Marmoush, the star player for Manchester City in the English Premier League and a key player for the Egyptian national team, earlier this year was recognized among the world’s elite forwards following his impressive performances for the club.
The British football website, GiveMeSport, included Marmoush in their list of the top 15 global strikers, factoring in his goal tally, assists, goals-per-game ratio, overall team contribution, and individual displays.
Marmoush joined Manchester City during the recent winter transfer window, moving from German side Eintracht Frankfurt.
The GiveMeSport ranking placed Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappé at the summit, followed by Barcelona’s Robert Lewandowski in second and Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane in third. Marmoush secured the ninth spot, just behind Atlético Madrid’s Julián Álvarez.
