The Rotary Club of Cairo Sky participated in the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) seminar, organized by the District RYLA Committee under the leadership of Chairperson Nelly Desouky.

Held from October 23 to October 25 at Porto Marina, Alamein, the event was themed “Lead Today, Shape Tomorrow.”

The seminar was held in the presence of District 2451 Governor Hossam Farhat, along with Past District Governors (PDG)  Sherif Waly and Ayman Nazih.

A total of 33 sponsoring clubs took part, with 99 young men and women in attendance, including 52 non-Rotary participants and 47 Rotaract members from various clubs.

Cairo Sky member PDG Waly inaugurated the meeting with a keynote lecture on leadership styles and the qualities of a successful leader.

The club facilitated the participation of an unprecedented 24 youth delegates from Cairo University (Faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy), Career 180, and Rotaract Sky.

This initiative was made possible through a protocol with RCC, a firm specializing in student education and development.

Cairo Sky member Amin delivered a presentation on the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business.

He explored the evolution of the labor market and demonstrated how to leverage AI to secure enhanced career opportunities, highlighting specific tools for business efficiency and academic support.

Additionally, club member Fatma Naguib conducted a session on self-powers and self-worth inventory.

She explained how this inventory serves as a tool for self-exploration, helping individuals identify sources of support and energy through reflective questioning and mindfulness techniques.
