
Weather experts predict the countdown for the Indian Monsoon Low will begin, with its final stages expected to conclude by September.
The Weather Authority announced that Egypt’s weather will be hot and humid during the day in most regions, while remaining very hot and humid in southern Upper Egypt and South Sinai.
The weather will be warm and humid at night and during the early morning hours.
Weather maps anticipate dense fog from three to seven am on agricultural roads, major highways, and areas near bodies of water, extending from northern Egypt to Greater Cairo.
The forecast also calls for light, occasionally thundery rain in scattered areas of Halaib and Shalateen.
Low clouds are expected in the morning from northern Egypt to Greater Cairo, with a slight chance (20 percent probability) of very light, non-impactful rain in some northern coastal areas.
Winds will be active in most regions, helping to moderate the weather at night. Winds may also stir up sand and dust in southern Upper Egypt, Halaib, and Shalateen.
The Weather Authority issued a warning for rough seas in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez, where wind speeds will range from 40 to 60 km/h, with waves potentially reaching two to 3.5 meters.
The high temperature for Greater Cairo and the Nile Delta is expected to be between 35-36 degrees Celsius.
