When will the June 30 Revolution holiday in Egypt be this year?

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has officially decided to postpone the June 30, 2025 Revolution holiday,  announcing that Thursday, July 3, will be an official holiday on the occasion of the June 30 Revolution, replacing Monday, June 30, 2025.

This holiday commemorates the day when millions of Egyptians took to the streets in defense of the nation’s identity and stability.

It is one of the national holidays on which government, public, and private sector employees receive a paid official holiday, in accordance with a decree issued by the Prime Minister.
