Cold weather is predicted in the north on Friday, according to meteorologists. Visibility will be reduced due to impurities in the Delta and Cairo.
Low- and medium-level clouds will be seen. Southwesterly winds will blow on the western Mediterranean, which will disturb maritime navigation.
Highs of 18 degrees centigrade will be reached in Cairo and 17 degrees in Alexandria.
The height of Mediterranean waves will reach between two to 2.5 meters with southwesterly winds blowing, whereas the height of Red Sea waves will reach between one to two meters with northwesterly winds blowing.
Mild weather will prevail in South Egypt during the daytime turning extremely cold during the night. Highs of 21 degrees will be felt in Qena and Luxor and 22 degrees in Aswan.
