2000 protesters demand purging media of corruption at Maspero

About 2000 protesters marched from Tahrir Square to the Egyptian Radio and Television Union building, also known as Maspero, on Friday evening to demand that the state-run media be purged of corrupt members and that the authorities relinquish control of the media.

Tens of thousands protested in Tahrir Square on Friday, to "Correct the Path of the Revolution." Marches also went from Tahrir Square to the Israeli Embassy in Cairo, the Interior Ministry, and the high court.
