FM: Unstable conditions “create” climate for increasing violence in region

The unstable conditions and crises in the Arab and Middle East countries could create a climate for increasing violence and extremism, said Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry.

In a speech he delivered during Manama dialogue forum on Saturday, Shoukry said that joint interests require adopting integrated priorities in order to overcome crises besetting regional countries.

It is important to attain sustainable development in the region, he further said.

He, meanwhile, said that addressing economic, social and developmental problems are the biggest challenge of security in the region.

He also underlined the need of promoting dialogue between Arab countries and all international powers.
