
Egyptian authorities brought 16 trucks loaded with fuel and natural gas into the Gaza Strip on Tuesday through the Karam Abu-Salem Crossing, south of the Egyptian city of Rafah.
Sources in North Sinai reported that 12 trucks loaded with 640 tons of diesel and four trucks loaded with 100 tons of natural gas were brought in as part of the 55th batch of Egyptian aid to Gaza.
Egyptian fuel powers essential facilities, hospitals, ambulances, bakeries, and power and water stations in the Gaza Strip, the sources added.
The sources indicated that a total of 92 fuel trucks have entered Gaza Strip since July 27, carrying more than 3,800 tons of fuel.
