Reports emerged Sunday evening confirming that Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, manager of Saudi Arabia’s Al-Nassr, is eager to sign on Egyptian star Mohamed Salah from Liverpool FC during the upcoming summer transfer window.
The Saudi newspaper Okaz reported that Coach Jesus has given his approval to Al-Nassr’s management to pursue Salah’s transfer from Liverpool.
The report added that the Portuguese coach believes Salah’s presence alongside Cristiano Ronaldo would create a formidable attacking duo for the Saudi club.
The “Egyptian King” announced his departure from Liverpool at the end of the current season after spending nine years with the Reds.
