Egypt expressed its condolences to Spain on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, following a train accident near the town of Urda that reportedly left dozens dead or injured.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Egyptian Expatriates expressed solidarity with the Spanish government and people following the accident.
Egypt also extended its condolences to the families of the victims and expressed sympathy with the Spanish people.
